A global sporting goods manufacturer had purchased a new division and needed to hire IT employees for the new location, as well as support IT employees at their existing corporate site. The timeline was short and their in-house recruiting group was tied down with hiring for new manufacturing sites. An outside recruiting organization was needed to work specifically on IT hires until the new acquisition hiring had reached a steady state.
A blended on-site, off-site model was proposed and accepted. Client locations were staffed by recruiters or administrative recruiting staff and were combined with off-site recruiters, schedulers/administrative, and screeners. The existing model was mirrored and no changes were desired from the client. The client wanted the hires to be made in a high-touch/low-volume model without concern for moving the process to a lower cost model. The project was completed on time, at the desired cost, and level with great reviews from the client and individual hiring managers.
